Day 01 : Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van (L/D)
08:00: trekking from Sapa to Lao Chai, enjoy beautiful mountain scenery along the way.
At Lao Chai village, we will meet Hmong people, a minority ethnic groups of the mountainous regions in the north of Viet Nam. An ethnic group which has long referred to poorly integrated nomadic populations. The Hmong themselves often use the term “mountain people”.
At Ta Van village, you will meet Dzay, another ethnic group and speak the Bouyei language. Most of them live in the Northern provinces of Vietnam such as Lao Cai (Sapa), Ha Giang, Lai Chau, and Cao Bang. Their population is around 58 thousand only.

Day 2: Tavan – Giang Ta Chai (B/L/D)
After breakfast, continue to the village of Giang Ta Chai to meet some Red Dzao inhabited here and visit a waterfall. Red Dzao women have very colorful red embroidery and coins on their clothes. On their head, they wear a red scarf. Some of these women shaved their eyebrows (according to their traditional concept of beauty)
Continue our soft trekking along small paths in the rice fields, cross the Muong Hoa valley, walk through a picturesque bamboo forest, we will arrive at a H’mong and Day village.Diner and overnight at a local family near the Muong Hoa River (homestay)
Day 3: Giang ta Chai – Su Pan (B/L)
After having breakfast with the locals, depart for the village of Su Pan where the Red Dao and Black H’mong are inhabited by crossing rice terraces and the dense forest where people grow cardamoms. Picnic lunch.
In the afternoon, continue the ride up a beautiful hill to arrive at the village of the Mong and Dao to meet them and discover their daily life as well as the technique of making blue indigo dye and hemp threads to weave their traditional clothes.
Transfer to Lao Cai to take night train back to Hanoi. O/n on train with A/C
